One of the high bridges of bangladesh. One of the reasons for this is the launch of the Barisal-Jhalokathi-Patuyakhali launch. It is also known as Dapdapiya Bridge.

শহীদ আব্দুর রব সেরনিয়াবাত সেতু

বাংলাদেশের উচুঁ সেতুগুলোর মধ্যে একটি অন্যতম। এর অন্যতম কারণ এর নিজ দিয়ে বরিশাল-ঝালকাঠি-পটুয়াখালির লঞ্চ যাতায়াত করে। এটি দপদপিয়া সেতু নামেও পরিচিত।

সেতুটি কীর্তনখোলা নদীর উপর দিয়ে বাংলাদেশের বরিশাল-পটুয়াখালী জেলার মধ্যে সংযোগ স্থাপন বা হাইওয়ে স্থাপিত হয়।

শহীদ আব্দুর রব সেরনিয়াবাত ব্রিজটির সংযোগ সড়কসহ সেতুটির দৈর্ঘ্য ১৩৯০ মিটার এবং ফুটপাতসহ প্রস্থ ১০ মিটার।

২০১০ সালে সেতুটি নির্মাণ কাজ শেষ হয়েছে। এই সেতুটির মোট নির্মাণ ব্যয় প্রায় হয়েছিল ২৩৩ কোটি টাকা।
