What is quarantine ?

The Quarantine word Bangla means quarantine, that is, separation from one person to the other so that the virus is not transmitted to the body of another healthy person.

What is home quarantine ?

Hopefully contact with an infected person should be practically at home quarantine. The duration of stay in the home quarantine is 14 days. These 14 days in an impoverished house must be separated from everyone. Do not go to schools, colleges, all the synagogues, and shops, or gatherings of any kind. Cannot be transported or transmitted in public transport. Separate bathroom, furniture must be used. Always clean the house with disinfectant. Can't meet anyone. What is isolation ?

A person who has already been diagnosed with the virus and is undergoing treatment should be kept in isolation from everyone until fully healed.

What is a lockdown ?

Generally, a person superior to the authority may impose a rule of restriction on his / her power. This is called lockdown in English.

কোয়ারেন্টাইন কি ?

কোয়রেন্টাইন শব্দের বাংলা অর্থ হচ্ছে সঙ্গনিরোধ অর্থাৎ একজনের কাছ থেকে আরেকজনের আলাদা থাকা, যাতে অন্য সুস্থ ব্যক্তির দেহে ভাইরাস সংক্রমিত না হয়।

হোম কোয়ারেন্টাইন কি ?

সংক্রমিত ব্যক্তির সংস্পর্শে আশার কারণে ব্যধ্যতামূলকভাবে হোম কোয়ারেন্টাইনে থাকতে হবে। হোম কোয়ারেন্টাইনে থাকার মেয়াদ কাল ১৪ দিন। এই ১৪ দিন একটি নিদ্রিষ্ট ঘরে সকলের কাছ থেকে আলাদা থাকতে হবে। স্কুল-কলেজ, সকল উপাসনালয়ে এবং হাট-বাজার, বা কোন প্রকার জমায়েতে যাওয়াযাবে না। গণ-পরিবহনে ওঠা বা যাতায়াত করা যাবে না। আলাদা বাথরুম, আসবাবপত্র ব্যবহার করতে হবে। সব সময় জীবাণুনাষক দিয়ে ঘর পরিষ্কার করতে হবে। কারো সাথে সাক্ষাৎ করা যাবে না। সাক্ষাৎ জরুরি হলে ৩ ফিট দুরত্ব রজায় রাখতে হবে।

আইসোলেশান কি ?

যে ব্যক্তি ইতিমধ্যে ভাইরাস সনাক্ত করেছে এবং চিকিৎসাধীন আছে এমন ব্যক্তিকে পুরোপুরি সুস্থ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত সকলের কাছ থেকে একেবারে বিচ্ছিন্ন করে রাখা।

লকডাউন কি ?

লকডাউন শব্দকে বাংলাতে অবরুদ্ধকরণ। অবরুদ্ধকরণ বলতে এক ধরনের জরুরি অবস্থাকালীন ব্যবস্থা বিধিকে বোঝায় যাতে কোনো আসন্ন বিপদের হুমকির প্রেক্ষিতে সাময়িকভাবে কোনো নির্দিষ্ট এলাকার ভেতরে বাইরের মানুষের প্রবেশ এবং ঐ এলাকা থেকে মানুষের বের হওয়ার উপরে নিষেধাজ্ঞা আরোপ করা হয়। সাধারণত কতৃপক্ষের ঊর্দ্ধতন কোনো ব্যক্তি তার ক্ষমতা বলে এই অবরুদ্ধকরণ ব্যবস্থার বিধি জারি করতে পারেন। একেই ইংরেজিতে লকডাউন (Lockdown) বলা হয়।

নোটঃ এই করোনাভাইরাসের অহংকারটা একটু বেশি-ই, দাওয়াত না দিয়ে আনলে সে আসতেই চায় না। তাই দাওয়াত করে ডেকে আনার প্রয়োজন নেই, ঘরেই থাকুন।
