and working in their place.

According to Section
8 of the Local Government (Union Council) Act, 2009, the union has been
declared an administrative unit and the union level workers are carrying out
their duties with honesty and sincerity in the field administration in the
relief work.

We are always
assisted all government agencies (Army, RAB, Police and Health Departments) and
NGOs in dealing with the Corona situation, implementing all local government
activities.
In this regard, the
Government of the Local Government, the District Administration and the Upazila
Administration, in particular, urged all concerned to take necessary measures
to provide urgent protection for the inclusion of the proclamation declared as
Corona warrior and the Coroner Warrior of the Assistant Accountants in UP.
At the union level,
these young accounting assistants are motivated to take the lead, working at

করোনা ভাইরাসের চলমান পরিস্থিতে ইউনিয়ন পরিষদ পর্যায়ের তৃণমূলের জনপ্রতিনিধিগন, ইউনিয়ন পরিষদ সচিব, হিসাব সহকারী, গ্রামপুলিশ সহ সকল ঝুকি উপেক্ষা করে নিজ স্থানে কাজ করে চলেছে।
করোনা ভাইরাস প্রাদুর্ভাবে ইউনিয়নস্থ সরকারের অধিকাংশ কর্মকর্তা, কর্মচারিগণ ছুটি ভোগ করে থাকলেও ছুটি ভোগ না করে করোনাভাইরাস মোকাবেলায় ঝুঁকিতে গ্রাম অঞ্চলের
তৃণমূলে সেবা প্রদান করে যাচ্ছেন।
সারা দেশের সাড়ে চার হাজার ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের ইউপি সচিব, হিসাব সহকারী, জনপ্রতিনিধিগণ, গ্রামপুলিশ সহ ও এই দূর্যোগ কালীন মুহুর্তে দুঃস্থ, অসহায়, দিনমজুর ও উপকার ভোগীদের তালিকা করনে জনপ্রতিনিধিদের সহায়তায় করা, মন্ত্রনালয়, জেলা প্রশাসন, উপজেলা প্রশাসনের সকল প্রকার দাপ্তরিক কার্য সম্পাদন রির্পোট রির্টান প্রেরণ করা হয়।
ইউপির জরুরী ত্রাণ কার্যক্রম
ভিজিএফ, ভিজিডি, জি.আর, জেলেদের বিশেষ ভিজিএফ চাল উত্তোলন, গুদামজাতকরণ, বিতরণ ও বতর্মান প্রেক্ষাপটে ইউনিয়ন করোনা ভাইরাস প্রতিরোধে প্রবাসীদের তালিকা, হোম কোয়ারান্টাইন
নিশ্চিত করা, মাইকিং, দ্বারা জনগনকে সচেতন সহ সকল কাজ সুষ্ঠভাবে বাস্তবায়ন করে চলছেন। জীবনের
ঝুঁকি নিয়ে প্রতিদিন অফিস করে জনগনের দ্বারে দ্বারে সেবা প্রদান করে যাচ্ছেন।
স্থানীয় সরকার (ইউনিয়ন পরিষদ) আইন, ২০০৯ এর ৮ ধারা মোতাবেক ইউনিয়নকে প্রাশাসনিক একাংশ ঘোষনা করা হয়েছে এবং ত্রাণ কাজে মাঠ প্রশাসনে সততা ও নিষ্ঠার সাথে দায়িত্ব পালন করে যাচ্ছে ইউনিয়ন পর্যায়ের কর্মীগন ।
মাননীয় প্রধান মন্ত্রী জননেত্রী শেখ হাসিনার যুগোপযোগী সিদ্ধান্ত, " করোনায় ঝুঁকি নিয়ে যারা কাজ করবেন তাদের পুরষ্কৃত করা সহ স্বাস্থ্যবীমা প্রদানের ঘোষনা দিয়েছেন। "
করোনা পরিস্থিতি মোকাবেলায়,
স্থানীয় সরকারের সকল কার্যক্রম বাস্তবায়নে এবং সরকারের সকল প্রতিষ্ঠান ( সেনাবাহিনী,
র্যাব, পুলিশ ও স্বাস্থ্য বিভাগ ) ও এনজিওকে সর্বদা সাহায্য করে আসছি।
এমতাবস্থায় ইউপিতে কর্মরত হিসাব সহকারীদের সার্বিক সুরক্ষা ও করোনা যোদ্ধা হিসেবে ঘোষিত প্রনোদনার অন্তর্ভুক্ত করনের নিমিত্তে স্থানীয় সরকার মন্ত্রনালয়, জেলা প্রশাসন, উপজেলা প্রশাসনের সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলকে
জরুরী ভিত্তিতে প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহনের জন্য বিশেষ ভাবে অনুরোধ রইলো।
ইউনিয়ন পর্যায়ে বর্তমানে অগ্রণী দায়িত্ব পালনে এই তরুণ হিসাব সহকারীরা উজ্জিবিত, তাদের জীবনের
ঝুঁকি নিয়ে প্রতিদিন অফিস করে অসহায় মানুষের উপকার করে চলেছে, নিজ পরিবারের নিকট সঠিক ভাবে ফিরে যাওয়ার জন্য সরকারের দায়িত্ব প্রাপ্তদের নিকট আকুল আবেদন আমাদের জিবনের নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করতে বিশেষ ভাবে অনুরোধ রইলো।
